My ERP journey began by working closely with how businesses actually operate—on shop floors, in warehouses, finance departments, procurement teams, and sales operations. This hands-on exposure shaped my understanding that successful ERP is not about software features, but about aligning systems with real operational workflows.
Over time, my role expanded from functional consulting into ERP product design, large-scale global implementations, and recovery of failed or struggling ERP projects. I have worked not only as an implementer, but also as a core contributor to ERP product architecture, giving me a deep understanding of how ERP systems should be designed, configured, and scaled.
Today, I work as an independent ERP Solution Architect and advisor, helping organizations, ERP product companies, and implementation partners avoid costly ERP mistakes and achieve measurable business value from their ERP investments—across manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, retail, and government sectors.

My ERP Philosophy
I believe ERP should enable business operations—not control them.
Over the years, I have seen ERP projects fail not because of weak technology, but because systems were implemented without truly understanding how the business works on the ground.
My approach to ERP is based on a few core principles:
- Business-first, not software-first
ERP must adapt to real operational workflows rather than forcing businesses to change simply to fit the system. - Minimum customization, maximum clarity
I focus on configuration and smart design before recommending customization, ensuring long-term system stability and upgradeability. - Operational realism over theoretical best practices
What works on paper does not always work on shop floors, warehouses, hospitals, or government departments. ERP must reflect reality. - Long-term sustainability, not just go-live success
A successful ERP implementation is one that continues to deliver value years after go-live—through usability, performance, and maintainability.
This philosophy has guided my work as an ERP consultant, product designer, and advisor across manufacturing, healthcare, retail, government, and distribution environments.

Founder | ERP Solution Architect
Founded BRS Infotek to deliver practical, cost-effective ERP solutions for small and mid-sized organizations. Co-created Cyprus ERP, an open-core ERP platform designed for configurability, operational realism, and low total cost of ownership.
BRS Infotek is also an official implementation partner of Onfinity ERP (formerly Vienna Advantage) since 2019.
Intertec Systems LLC, Dubai (2017 – 2019)
ERP Consultant / Business Analyst
Led ERP implementations across oil & gas, hospitality, waste management, and manufacturing industries in the Middle East, working closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Core contributor to the development and global rollout of Vienna Advantage ERP. Worked on ERP product architecture, functional design, costing, accounting logic, manufacturing, MRP, localization, and large-scale international implementations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
